Colleen’s Hair Wefting is not responsible for any excessive loss of hair.  Loss of hair will occur if your bulk hair was not handled properly by your vendor, if your hair was not bound tightly and correctly, resulting in the hair being disturbed and becoming unevened.  We are professionals, and we take extreme precautions when wefting Virgin Hair.  Colleen’s Hair does not and will not invert cuticles when wefting Virgin hair and in no event will be liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation,  any loss of hair due to negligent handling by your hair vendor,  tangling or matting, once your hair leaves our facility. 

RE-INFORCE WEFTS DISCLAIMER:


     For hair that is already wefted and needs to be reinforced, Colleen’s Hair will carefully take the necessary steps to neatly and thoroughly re-weft your hair to stop existing shedding.  However, in no event will we be liable for any loss after reinforcement if the wefted hair from your vendor was mishandled i.e. (the wefted hair you were sent was unevened at the time of wefting and your vendor failed to securely fold over uneven and shorter hairs that is now sticking out from below the weft).  We have no control over this, and will to the best of our ability reinforce existing wefts that is capable of being reinforced.
     If your vendor carelessly trimmed your “mustache”  leaving it too long or too thick, it is a possiblity that your hair might mat/tangle at that section.  We will return to you hair that is dirty and may contain any sign of nats or lice.
