Some vendors will use excessive rubber bands to bind your hair! This will add weight to your hair so instead of paying for 100 grams you are actually getting 90-85 grams and sometimes less!!

Some vendors also pad the top of your bundle with an excessive amount of shorter hairs weighing 1-2 oz. We will return to you any excessive wastage that resulted in your hair weighing less after wefting

DO NOT send us bulk hair that is disorganized. Please section your bulk hair by length and texture! We are extremely busy and Failure to do so will greatly affect your turnaround time.

DO NOT send us smelly dirty hair to reinforce! Please wash and remove cut weaving thread from weft.
